In One Healthcare started with the vision of bringing together a team of allied health professionals to collaborate and provide a multidisciplinary, holistic approach to healthcare. We work with over 600 clients across Melbourne's Northern and Western suburbs, providing in-home and clinic care.

We are going through a very exciting growth period and are on the lookout for an Occupational Therapist to join our team and help us make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Our clinic is located in Roxburgh Park, VIC and is an all-inclusive allied health hub, offering a range of services tailored to our client’s needs.

Our team of Occupational Therapists have a holistic and person-centred approach to promoting independence and wellbeing by supporting our clients to break down barriers affecting everyday occupations of life.

This is a highly flexible role, and we are open to you working full-time, part-time or on a casual basis.

Make a real difference in the lives of our clients

In this role, you will deliver our evidence-based occupational therapy program in an in-home setting and at our state-of-the-art clinic. You will also deliver Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.

Core duties:

  • Establish consumer-specific goals and design effective individualised programs;
  • Complete, evidence-based assessments and reviews;
  • Drive fall prevention initiatives, post-fall assessments and ongoing reviews;
  • Deliver group and individual rehabilitation programs; and
  • Offer musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, rehabilitative and pain management treatment.

What you will bring to the team

To thrive in this role, you will be a qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration. Ideally, you will have previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist, but we highly encourage graduates to apply.

We are looking for a highly bubbly and friendly individual who can learn things quickly and be adaptable in their approach. Most of our clients are elderly, and as such, you will be highly empathetic and have strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with our clients and their families effectively.
